Migration Inc. is proud of its contribution to the study “Support for Asylum Seekers and Status Holders Towards Financial (Self-)Reliance,” conducted by the Verwey-Jonker Institute on behalf of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment.
As an organization committed to inclusion and participation, we have:
-
Recruited respondents through our network of key figures and status holders
-
Contributed to a culturally sensitive and inclusive research approach
-
Provided co-researchers who facilitated interviews and focus groups in Arabic, Tigrinya, and Farsi
-
Translated recruitment and interview materials to ensure accessibility for all participants
We are grateful for the collaboration with the Verwey-Jonker Institute, based on mutual trust and equality. This study is an example of how participatory work with the target group itself leads to deeper insights and more broadly supported outcomes.
We look forward to future collaborations in which we will once again engage our network of newcomers, key figures, co-researchers, and professionals to strengthen inclusion and participation.
