What we stand for

From our own migration background, we understand the perspectives and needs of minorities and vulnerable groups. As professionals working in various industries, we understand the world of Dutch organizations. Experience shows that misunderstandings between newcomers and professionals can arise due to cultural differences. We want to be part of the solution. On the one hand we introduce a cultural sensitive work approach for professionals. And on the other hand as role models we empower and stimulate other newcomers to participate a in the society. The empowerement starts within the context of collective culture as we stimulate them to make steps to function in an individualistic context.

Our focus lies in supporting status holders and migrants (women). We are advocates for these vulnerable groups, aiming for them equal rights and opportunities in the labor market, education and in access to healthcare.

We are open for cooperation like-minded partners and individuals who in their own way contribute to diversity and inclusion. We approach our partners with an open mind and like to learn from everyone.
