In the course of 2024, the municipality of Dalfsen will form a group of cultural mediators engaging them in the various local, integration matters for newcomers and professionals. Migration Inc. (formerly Cultuur in Harmonie) will recruit, select and train a number of candidates on behalf of the municipality.
The goals include:
- inventory of old and new, potential key persons
- organizing 6 training sessions for this group
- intervision meetings
- recommendations for the structural deployment of these indispensable bridge builders.
The cultural mediators come from different countries and have diverse backgrounds, education and work experience.
