The Achterhoek Labor Market Region has given Cultuur in Harmonie a one-year (pilot) assignment to inventory the efforts of key people and to build an adequate structure for this.
The stated goals are:
providing insight into (existing or new) key persons
PR of key people in the Achterhoek
intervision meetings
organizing various training courses and
drawing up advice and recommendations for the structural deployment of these indispensable bridge builders.
The 24 motivated key people come from 11 countries and have diverse backgrounds of education and work experience. The participants of this pilot project have followed six educational training courses in recent months that they will use later in their work.
